Shipping Requirements
- Your vehicle must be operable. If it’s not, additional fees or specialized methods may apply.
- You must inform us of any modifications made to your vehicle (e.g., 4×4 lift kit, camper shell, lowered suspension, etc.)
- A working phone number must be provided, ensuring you can be reached throughout your vehicle’s relocation.
Vehicle Preparation Checklist
- The vehicle must have no obvious fluid leaks.
- The battery must be secured in its mounting bracket.
- The vehicle must be clean to allow for a proper inspection.
- The gas tank must be at least 1/8 full but no more than 1/2 full.
- All alarm systems must be disconnected, disabled, or turned off.
Inspection Requirements
- You or your designated representative must be present for the inspection at the time of pick-up and delivery.
- The Bill of Lading and condition report must be signed by you or your designated representative at both origin and destination.
- You or your designated representatives are responsible for confirming your vehicle’s condition.

Some vehicles, such as most full-size SUVs and pickup trucks, are much larger than traditional passenger vehicles. Due to their extraordinary dimensions, these vehicles take up the amount of space normally used for two vehicles and are therefore subject to an “oversize” fee.

Alternatively, you can take advantage of our concierge services, which can pick up and deliver your vehicle at a location most convenient for you, like your home or office.
Yes, we request that you or a designated representative be present upon pick up and/or delivery of your vehicle. This is necessary, as an inspection must be performed and a contract bill of lading signed on both occasions. If you are unable to be there, please call our Customer Service and we’ll be happy to help you make other arrangements.
